OEM means you provide or approve the branding and we manufacture to your specification, usually on existing models. ODM means we provide or develop the product design and you brand it as your own. Petnourix supports both.
Can you supply products for both cats and dogs?
Yes. Smart feeders and food storage containers can serve both cats and dogs. Carriers include options for cats and small dogs. Harnesses and leashes are primarily for dogs.
What is the best product category for first-time importers?
Pet bowls and slow feeder bowls are practical starting products because they have lower unit cost, straightforward compliance, strong demand and easier shipping.
Do you have retail-ready packaging for all products?
Most in-stock products have standard packaging. Custom retail packaging with logo, color and box design usually needs 15-35 business days after artwork approval.
What markets are your products certified for?
CE and ROHS documentation is available for many EU market requirements. REACH is available on specific products. US requirements depend on product category.

What is the bulk OEM production lead time?
Bulk OEM lead time is usually 25-45 days after sample confirmation and artwork approval. Complex packaging, multiple SKUs or color matching can extend the timeline.
What logo file format should I send?
AI, PDF or EPS vector files are preferred. A high-resolution PNG can be used for initial discussion, but vector artwork is better for production.
Can you support CE, ROHS or REACH documents?
CE and ROHS documents are available by model for relevant electronic pet products. REACH or other documents should be discussed by product category and destination market.
What payment methods can be discussed?
Payment terms depend on order type and buyer profile. Samples may support simpler payment discussion, while bulk orders are usually confirmed during quotation and order negotiation.
